Why do we manage quality?

If you want to achieve excellence year after year and have satisfied clients and motivated employees, quality must be embedded in every atom of your company.

Quality business management is possible only if you are systematic in processes, constantly learning and incorporating best practices of all available methodologies into business.

For ATO, this is only possible through an integrated business system, based on the norms:

HR EN ISO 9001:2015
HR EN ISO 14001:2015
HR EN ISO 45001:2018

HR EN ISO 50001:2018

CSIA Best Practices
& Benchmarks v.5

Quality business management requires constant and permanent development

ATO does it processually. Business is divided into processes, subprocesses and process steps, as prescribed – Business Manual containing all procedures, work instructions and forms.

As business is a dynamic process, the Business Manual is constantly being updated and developed. Each new, updated version of all Integrated Management System documents is available to everyone on the company’s Intranet.

Within a process-oriented management system, functional and process competencies are strictly defined. The implementation of all procedures is documented in order to ensure quality, environmental protection, health and safety preservation and efficient energy management in everything we do, as well as in final products and services.

Employees are key in improving the quality of our services, because they implement them by following the prescribed procedures, but also improve by proposing improvements.

certificate

Quality that is recognized and globally recognized

As a confirmation of its constant efforts in ensuring quality management, ATO is proud of the CSIA Certified certificate, the globally most important association of Control System Integrators – CSIA (controlsys.org).

This certificate clearly states that ATO meets their high criteria prescribed “CSIA Best Practices & Benchmarks v.5”, through all ten audited areas covering the entire business.

In accordance with modern business practices, our clients regularly come to different audits, depending on their business models and priorities. Intertek, a company hired by one of our clients, rated us with the highest scores (100%) in all 6 areas of assessed working conditions, which is significantly above the industrial, national and global average.

We keep the costs of the integrated management system justified based on business results and customer satisfaction confirmed through surveys after the work has been done.
